These terms and conditions apply to the use of an INVOCARE Forest Lawn Memorial Park Monuments Discount, issued by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031. 

Using an INVOCARE Forest Lawn Memorial Park Monuments Discount* and Interest Free Terms^ (IFT) means that you accept these term and conditions, and if another person is using your INVOCARE Forest Lawn Memorial Park Monuments Discount and IFT they are also bound by these terms & conditions. 

1. INVOCARE Forest Lawn Memorial Park Monuments Discount and IFT apply to the purchase of a new single or new double monument.

2. INVOCARE Forest Lawn Memorial Park Monuments discount and IFT are valid until 31 December 2021.

3. The interest free payment terms would apply as follows:

  • Min. $2,001 - $4,000, 12 months
  • Min. $4,001 - $6,000, 24 months
  • Min. $6,001 - $9,000, 36 months
  • Min. $9,001 - $15,000, 48 months 
  • Min. >$15,001, 60 months

4. A minimum of 20% deposit of the agreement value is required.

5. Construction of monument will commence on receipt of 50% of the agreement value.

6. Full payment of the agreement must be made at time of need.

7. INVOCARE Forest Lawn Memorial Park Monuments Discount and IFT can be referred to third parties however; third parties can only use this offer for new monument purchases within the Orthodox section, including pre-arrangement.

8. INVOCARE Forest Lawn Memorial Park Monuments Discount cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services provided by INVOCARE. 

9. Only one offer applies per person. If a claimant wishes to return one or more monuments from their transaction, the claimant may return the monument in accordance with the INVOCARE standard refund terms and conditions to receive a refund for the amount of the returned monuments.

10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer including other vouchers.
